Andrea's primary responsibilities include seamless onboarding of new employees and the continual development and support of our talent. She is accountable for employee, client, and carrier satisfaction. Andrea is a firm believer that happy, talented, and well-supported employees translate directly to satisfied clients. Andrea collaborates with C.H. Robinson's corporate office, TMC leadership, employees, and clients to ensure our training programs are comprehensive and exceed our clients' expectations.
Andrea is a founding member of TMC and has deep relationships with both our clients and employees. Over the past decade, she has worn almost every hat in TMC. She truly understands each role within the organization and the associated client expectations.
