Chris's primary objective is to ensure client and carrier satisfaction. He and his team are accountable for achieving our clients' performance targets. He oversees the dedicated client account teams and helps develop both our process engineers and power users. He has deep transportation and TMS experience. He participates heavily in the development of our IT strategy, best practice implementation, process improvement, and people development.
A seasoned shipping and logistics industry expert, Chris participates in the Association of Operations Management Professionals and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional and has received Six Sigma Black Belt training. He applies this knowledge to drive continuous supply chain improvements for TMC clients.
