Jason and his team are accountable for achieving client-specific performance targets and successfully delivering on our value proposition. He is also responsible for both client and carrier satisfaction metrics. He participates heavily in the development of our core processes, client savings, and performance improvement initiatives.
Bringing over a decade of experience to TMC, Jason spends a significant portion of his time coaching and developing our dedicated client account managers and their teams. He focuses on honing their transportation expertise and broader leadership skills, and ensures that these teams function as an extension of our clients' staffs.
