Once our clients have developed a plan, we provide the technology and power users required to execute and maximize software benefits. Through our cloud computing model, our TMS technology can be scaled up to meet the demands of the most complex global shippers or scaled down to meet the needs of smaller shippers. Self-service tools are available, too. Our power users operate the TMS technology to ensure you get optimal results. This approach also reduces the amount of time and money spent on training your staff or integrating carrier partners. Both power users and TMS services are provided in a pay-as-you-go model. In the end, you can still retain strategic control, including carrier selection and carrier management. TMS and power user services are flexible and scalable. Clients can add or subtract services as they see fit.

Our business intelligence tools provide global, regional, and local visibility. Our comprehensive suite of reports helps you assess the success of your plan, whether it's transportation performance, costs savings, carbon emissions, or supplier compliance. Our tools provide summary-level dashboards as well as drill-down capability to help determine root cause. The metrics contained in our reports are client-specific, and print reports or online views can be configured easily by individual users.

What's the best way to update my plan and drive ongoing performance improvement?
As an ongoing part of our service, TMC process engineers proactively identify performance gaps and recommend solutions specific to your KPIs and related targets. We establish specific management routines to assess strategic, tactical, and operational improvement opportunities.
