Since data does not have to be aggregated, users can analyze the entire data volume down to the transaction level. Information can be filtered or constrained from any of the data elements or fields. This ability to "slice and dice" data enables clients to understand the root cause and identify opportunities for improvement.
Customization
Reports are easy to use, and individual users can configure views and data elements. Individual users can change graph types, colors, and other variables on the dashboard. Also, users can save specific views so that each time they log in, their customized reports are available. All information is also exportable to Microsoft Excel®.
Ad Hoc Reports
In addition to dynamic reporting capabilities, we offer access to ad hoc reports through the client portal. These reports download and compile up-to-the-minute data directly from all databases. Detailed analysis is available at the order, shipment, container, and SKU levels.
