As director of commercial and product strategy, Chris is responsible for working with leaders across C.H. Robinson to own and execute the commercial strategy for Navisphere Vision. Additionally, Chris is responsible for driving growth through the development of new and existing sales channels and supporting the build out of the product roadmap to achieve customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to his current role, Chris was the Global Account Manager overseeing the TMC relationship with Microsoft, as well as was a member of the global implementation team.

Research shows that having real-time supply chain visibility is necessary to build a responsive, resilient, competitive, and profitable operation. According to Gartner, “By 2023, 50% of global leading enterprises will have invested in real-time transportation visibility solutions.” In our own survey of 3,000 shippers, over 60% of technology decision-makers said they desire improvements in visibility.
